No. Zyph runs in the browser, on a computer or on your phone. Create the account and log in.
That is what it was built for. The metical, the NUIT, 16% and 5% VAT, the exempt regime and IRPC/IRPS withholding all come configured, and documents accept M-Pesa, e-Mola and mKesh.
Yes. You pick the currency, language and tax profile in settings — Zyph also works with the euro, dollar, rand and real.
Each company only ever sees its own data, access is by role (admin, sales, finance, warehouse) and everything travels over an encrypted connection.
There is no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and export your invoices and reports as PDFs.
The deposit is 10% of the plan you choose, paid upfront to start your 14-day trial. It is not an extra cost: it is part of your subscription — when you activate at the end of the trial, you pay only the remaining 90%. It exists to keep out fake accounts and make sure everyone trying Zyph means it.
We email you before it ends. To keep going, activate your account by paying the remaining 90% of the chosen period — there is no automatic charge and no surprises. If you do not activate, the account simply pauses and your data is kept; you can activate whenever you want. No lock-in, cancel anytime.
Pay your subscription by mobile money — M-Pesa, e-Mola and mKesh. On your own invoices you can also show your M-Pesa, e-Mola, mKesh and bank account details, so your customer can pay you however they prefer.
