USER GUIDE

The Zyph ERP USER GUIDE is the practical product guide: from the first login to month-end. The full version, in Portuguese and English, lives on the Docs page (/docs).

It covers account, customers, products, stock, invoices, purchasing, money, reports, settings and daily habits. It is for the business owner and the team — no technical language.

By role

Administrator: creates the account, sets up the company and invites people.

Manager: runs sales, stock and money without touching settings.

User: works only in the areas of their role (sales, warehouse, finance or HR).

Customer: receives PDF and email; they have no login on the company account.
