Zyph Tech, Lda. processes personal data to provide Zyph ERP and the public site at https://erp.zyphtech.com. Contact: mail@erp.zyphtech.com.
2. What data and why
Account and billing: name, email, phone, company, tax ID, subscription payments.
Product use: customers, suppliers, documents and users the company itself enters — Zyph hosts them to run the service, not to sell lists.
Public site: contact enquiries (name, email, phone, message) and, if you allow analytics cookies, one anonymous landing visit per session (no name).
Messages: email and, when configured, SMS for access codes, payment reminders or reports the company asked for.
3. Grounds and retention
We process data to perform the contract (the Zyph account), for legal duties (invoicing) and, on the site, with consent for non-essential cookies.
Account data is kept while the company uses the service and for the legal period after that. Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to reply.
4. Sharing
We do not sell data. We may use processors for hosting, email, SMS or payments (for example the checkout provider) only to provide the service. Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your account data, and withdraw cookie consent on the banner or at /legal/politica-de-cookies. Write to mail@erp.zyphtech.com.
